FAQ - A pickup & delivery customer

How it works
You will be provided a personal dry clean/laundry bag. Make sure to fill out the name tag provided to determine who the bag belongs to, and where it will be delivered.

Bring your bag to the office and we will come to you.

If you bring your bag on Tuesday, We'll return your clothes on Friday. If you bring it Thursday we will return it following Monday. You will be sheduled based on your office location.

Same day service available upon request.


Q How do I set-up an account?   
A Thanks for your interest in our service at your place of work. First time customers please go to set up an account go to contact us and fill out the forms. A representative will contact you in less than an hour to set you up.
Q Do I need to schedule my order online?
A Yes, Since we come to your company automatically on a predefined schedule, yes you need to schedule your order online or call us to ensure 100% satisfaction on pick up. Delivery will automatically walk thru office of regular customers. No online scheduling is required for regular weekly customers that use the service.
Q When do you pick-up and deliver at my workplace?
A Our service schedule varies from company to company. We will pick-up twice a week.
Q Do you have a minimum order requirement?
A No, there is no minimum order size for using our @WORK service, so feel free to drop off as little or as many items as you like.
Q How do I pay for my orders?
A The most convenient way is to supply your Visa, MasterCard or Discover and American Express number on your first order form. If you do not wish to leave your card number our driver carries cash and will accept checks.
Q Will you leave my order if im not at Home or Office?
A Yes, we will leave your order and you can pay for the delivery on the next delivery day unless your on a monthly billing option.
Q How do I let you know about my preferences?
A If you have a specific request, or an alteration you’d like done, simply make note of it and place note in name tag. If there is a special instructions section on the name tag such as (hang from waist, no crease fold all pants, crease all pants) if there is alterations simply write a note and place in the name tag and it will be completed.
Q Do you have a guarantee?
A Our guarantee is what you should expect from any service provider: If you are ever unhappy about any aspect of your Magic experience, we will do what it takes to make you happy and keep your business--Period! Our Customer Service representatives are here to help answer questions and to help you with any concerns.
Q Do you operate your own plant?
A Yes we do! In fact, we own and operate what is probably the most technologically advanced processing facility. Not only do we process your items in a 100% free environment with a 6-point inspection process, but we have more technology than anyone to help us do it right! Every item you ever submit to us is tracked by garment specific barcodes that helps us insure accuracy, reliability, accountability and 100% on-time performance like no one else!
Q How do I contact you?

Q How do you know you wont loose my cloths?
A We will provide every customer with a blue Magic Cleaners garment bag with customers name and customers ID number. To prevent lost or misplacement of clothing. Each garment is computer tagged and goes through a 6 point inspection to minimize any lost garments.
Q Are you respondsible for garments laudry and wash?
A We are not resondsible for wear and tear during laundry or wash.
  
Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm, Sat 8.30am to 5.30pm and Closed on Sundays.
